Life Coaching 07/04/10

Start of one of the most exciting segments of 2010 for me Life coaching. A friend of mine mentioned she had started up a business last year and I have huge respect for her so I thought what the hell, even a goal oriented person like me could use a bit more fire in my belly and a little wisdom from a specialist in motivation. It was the best 45 minutes I have ever invested in as I learned so much about the simple essence of what drives us and me in particular so I signed myself up for the whole 12 week shebang.
